Books definitely have their own character and design problems. I have had experience with everything from a 480 page hard cover text book to 80 page workbooks—one of which I created from scratch over a very long 4-day weekend as the writer wrote it. Series books are a lot of fun to create as well. They allow for a lot of practice in consistency! Most of what I've done has at some point been translated into other languages too. I usually work in English and Spanish which I am fluent in, but I've also done a few workbooks in Italian, German and French.
