Working for O.C. Tanner in Salt Lake City, I've had a great opportunity to experiment and grow through a huge variety of design styles. Unlike working for the same company, with the same fonts, and same layouts, I've had the unique chance to research and match the design styles of a number of Fortune 500 companies, hospitals, universities, and private enterprises. These designs were created as the foundation for custom employee recognition programs. The brochures and websites are generally designed around a set template to aid in the dynamic population of award selections. In most instances full packets were provided for the programs including a variety of notification letterhead, emails, cards, program instructions, presentation certificates, employee marketing posters and table tents. Additionally, many of the programs had a Flash animated splash introduction.
